All liens of record, including Security Deeds, Tax Liens, Federal Tax Liens, Fifas, Materialmen's Liens and Lis Pendens. With copies of pertinent documents/pages.
Notice of Divorce and/or Probate proceedings.
Current tax information.
All easements of record including protective covenants. (This service is not included in limited searches.)
